We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Home Employee!

Work 5, 6 or 7 days a week and 25 days of holiday in the first year of job. 

The specific work schedules will be agreed upon with the client, and the same process applies for confirming holiday arrangements. 

Transportation

Work location is within walking distance from the accommodation. Transport to work to Germany and in Germany is a cost of emploee. 

Employment with stable work and a German contract directly with our client.

• A starting basic gross salary of €15.50 per hour plus a diet allowance of €3–5/hour (depending on experience and language proficiency)
• Monthly period payments in euros.

• Experience with work at private care houses minimum 1 year
• German language B1 level minimum
• Compassionate, serious, and motivated to develop within the job.

• You can work independently as well as as part of a team.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Home Employee to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a German care facility. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, along with offering companionship and emotional support.

The rate is fixed, i.e. €14 or €15 net, it does not matter whether the hours are regular or overtime

Contract for an indefinite period, notice period in accordance with the Labor Code:

Up to 1 month – 1 day lay off

After 1-3 months – 1 week

After 3 months  - 3 weeks

After 6 months – 4 weeks

The candidate needs to take own safety shoes and working clothes, after a month he can buy it for himself, give the invoice and they will refund the money

The employee is signing the electronic contract + the original is sent to the accommodation address

They will organize the DE tax number,

it doesn't matter if bank account is in EU/PL/BG etc, The only problem can be the deduction because of transfer in EU

Things to take with (for accommodation and work): Bed covers, sheets and pillow

• CGC is not required 
• Sara would like us to make video meeting with candidate with other recruiter present, so we get good feeling about Candidate.
• Mostly they are looking for the ladies, but it is not the obligation.
• They are open also for other nationalities, however candidate need to communicate German on B1 (to speak with the hire office)
