Working days fluctuate between 06:00h until 18:00h for 5-7 days a week.

Amount of hours various between 40 and 60. Minimum is 40 hours a week.

Work schedules will be agreed with the client, this is the same for confirmations for holidays.

Employment with stable work and Dutch contract at the company BAM Works B.V.

Your salary will be built up from the following amounts:

• Starting with a basic gross salary of € 14,06 - €17,48 per hour (depends on the experiance) 
• Period payments in euros (over 4 weeks) with possible weekly advances after 1st worked week
• Deduction for health insurance: €41,19 per week (€164,75 per 4 weeks)
• Rent for the living location: €112 per week (€448 per 4 weeks)

You are obligated to have Dutch health insurance, we can arrange this for you for a competitive price of € 41,19 per week. A refund for a part of these costs can be requested at Dutch government by applying for so called ‘Zorgtoeslag’, the refund depends on your salary level and private circumstances. Further, we are using collective services that contains calamity coverage, legal liability insurance and accident insurance for €3,15 per week (not included in the price above).

• Experience in work with pigs is required
• Good English or German language or motivation to learn Dutch
• You are able to work independently but also in a team, you are flexible and motivated
• Driving license B is preferred
• Certificate of Good Conduct

Work is inside modern stables where with other workers You will take care of piglets (feeding, care for sick pigs, giving antibiotics, castrate etc.). Also your duty will be cleaning the stables, helping with internal movements of the animals, preparing the animals for loading and helping with transport of piglets to other locations.

Workers need to keep calm atmosphere when working around animals and be careful to keep pigs relaxed. Hygiene is important because of risk of disease among the animals.

Living location:

• WiFi internet
• toilets + showers (shared)
• washing machine + dryer
• kitchen
• bicycle (with €50,- deposit)
• deposit for the keys of the house will be €50,-. After return of the keys, you will receive deposit back.
• Working-location and living-location are very close to each other, so possible by bike or foot.

We provide a bike standard at our living locations (with €50 deposit). This with the purpose of traveling to work, but also to use in your private time to visit shops. In case the distance between work and living location will be more then 8km, we will provide different transportation.
