Monday to Friday

There are 2 shifts and the shifts are as follows: 6.00h until 14.00h and 14.00h until 22.00h.

The specific work schedules will be agreed upon with the client, and the same process applies for confirming holiday arrangements. 

Transportation 

 
Car or Bike: The mode of transportation (car or bike) will depend on the specific living location assigned to you. If the distance is manageable by bike, you will have the option to use a bike for your commute. However, if the distance is too far to travel by bike, you will be provided with a car. 

Home Country Travel: The costs associated with traveling to and from your home country are the responsibility of the employee.

Please note that the specific transportation arrangements will be discussed and confirmed based on individual circumstances and the assigned living location. 

Employment with stable work and a Dutch contract at the company BAM Works B.V. 

 
Your salary will be structured as follows: 

• Basic hour rate is 14,40 eur/hour. Further there is extra shift allowance of 12%, so now the hour rate (included shift allowance) is 16,13 euro gross per hour.
• Upgrades possible depending of motivation to learn more in the company to become independent.
• Period payments in euros (over 4 weeks) with possible weekly advances after 1st worked week.
• Deduction for health insurance: €41,19 per week (€164,75 per 4 weeks)
• Rent for the living location: €112 per week (€448 per 4 weeks)

You are obligated to have Dutch health insurance, we can arrange this for you for a competitive price of € 41,19 per week. A refund for a part of these costs can be requested at Dutch government by applying for so called ‘Zorgtoeslag’, the refund depends on your salary level and private circumstances. Further, we are using collective services that contains calamity coverage, legal liability insurance and accident insurance for €3,15 per week (not included in the price above).

• English is required (B1 or more)
• No typical skills are needed, but the best if the workers have some experience in logistics
• Representative workers that can work and communicate in a nice way with the rest of the team
• Certificate of Good Conduct

The job is mainly working as order picker, but if the workers are interested, they can grow and develop further in other logistic functions in the company.

Living location: 

The living locations we provide are common residential buildings with space for up to 18 people (1 to max 2 people in one room). All our locations meet the SNF standards. The apartments are equipped with several amenities: 

• Wifi internet,
• Comprehensive social facilities: toilets, showers, washing machine + dryer, equipped kitchen
• We provide our employees bicycles and keys to the apartment - deposit we charge for all is €150. After returning the keys and bicycle, this amount will be returned.
• There is a supermarket in the area (about 10 minutes by bike)
• The rental cost is €112 per week, also for weeks spent on holiday if you want to keep your bed. If the room is cleaned and all personal belongings are taken, we will not charge you for the premises during your absence.

Each employee using our residential locations will receive a bicycle. This will enable you to get to work. It can also be used during your free time. You can use the bike, for instance, to go to the store to do some shopping. If you need to travel more than 10 km to work, we will provide other means of transport.

He will start from Tuesday 16-07 the job and will start in the day shift from 7.30h to teach him the job.

The day shift is paid 13,68 per hour, but after a while (1, 2 or 3 weeks) he will start working in shifts (from 6.00h until 14.00h or from 14.00h until 22.00h).

Then he will get 12% extra for working in shifts and the hour rate will be 15,32.
