Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes – from job posting to candidate interviews
- Screening applications and contacting candidates (phone / online)
- Assessing candidates’ competencies and role fit
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Co-creating effective job promotion strategies (social media, job boards, new sourcing channels)
- Organizing and maintaining recruitment documentation
Worktime
Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 16:00
What do we expect from you?
- A motivated, proactive person with a growth mindset
- Experience in recruitment or strong motivation to learn in this field
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships easily
- Well-organized, with good time and task management skills
- Good command of English (minimum B1/B2)
- Knowledge of the temporary work or employment agency market is a plus
