Starting with a basic bruto salary of €14,71 per hour.
Upgrades possible depending of motivation to learn more in the company to become independent.
Period payments in euros (over 4 weeks) with possible weekly advances after 1st worked week.
Deduction for health insurance: €41,19 per week (€164,75 per 4 weeks)
Rent for the living location: €126 per week (€448 per 4 weeks)
It is mandatory for you to have Dutch health insurance, and we can arrange this for you at a competitive price of €41,19 per week. You may be eligible for a partial refund of these costs by applying for the "Zorgtoeslag" with the Dutch government, depending on your salary level and personal circumstances. Continuous work at a mushroom cultivation, with possibility to work a lot of hours during the week (also in the weekends). Daily duties are: cutting, sorting and picking mushrooms and other all-round duties around the cultivation.
What does the mushroom collection look like? Ladies carefully cut mushrooms from the ground, so that not to damage the mycelium, from which a new mushroom will grow in a few days. Then they sort the mushrooms into appropriate boxes depending on the size of the mushroom being careful not to soil the white mushroom with soil from the ground.
It takes about half a year to acquire skill in precise picking and sorting mushrooms, because of that we are looking for employees interested in longer cooperation.
The mushrooms cultivation is inside, but the rooms must be kept at a constant, cool temperature, so it is important to dress warm for work. The ladies work on special 3-level "shelves" on which mushrooms grow. The job requires using ladders to collect mushrooms from the highest levels.

Living location
The living locations which we offer are ordinary residential buildings with single rooms, meeting SNF standards. The apartments are equipped with a number of amenities:
We provide our employees bicycles and keys to the apartment - deposit we charge for all is €150. After returning the keys and bicycle, this amount will be returned.
There is a supermarket in the area (about 10 minutes by bike)
The rental cost is €126 per week, also for weeks spent on holiday if you want to keep your bed. If the room is cleaned and all personal belongings are taken, we will not charge you for the premises during your absence.
Each employee using our residential locations receives a bicycle at their disposal to enable them to get to work. It can also be used in free time, for example to get to the store for shopping.
