Marieken Smeets

Marieken has been working as a marketer for BAM Works since November 2022. Marieken is a true creative spirit who is bursting with new and exciting ideas. Before joining BAM Works, she worked as a freelance marketer and took on assignments from various companies. She devised and organised interactive bike tours, events and one of her hobbies: quizzes!

At BAM Works, she is responsible for all our external marketing communications. She is responsible for posts on social media, newsletters, the website and signage at residential locations. The most important aspects of this are informing current employees and reaching new candidates and customers.
Marieken is also always involved in the fun things we organise, such as last year's BAM Summer Party and the recruitment week during which recruiters visited customers in the Netherlands.

Her abundance of creativity sometimes leads to a lack of structure; almost every week, she loses her keys, bicycle, sandwiches or a parcel. Of course, her colleagues are happy to help her look for them, afraid that they might otherwise be given a prominent place at the Christmas drinks party.
