Work in a 5-shift system: 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, and 2 night shifts, followed by 4 days off, operating continuously throughout the year. You know your full schedule in advance for the entire year.

Employment with stable work and Dutch contract at the company BAM Works B.V.
Your salary will be built up from the following amounts:

A starting basic gross salary of  €20.44 -€23.05 with an 28% shift allowance

Upgrades possible depending of motivation to learn more in the company to become independent.

Period payments in euros (over 4 weeks) with possible weekly advances after 1st worked week.

Deduction for health insurance: €41,19 per week (€164,75 per 4 weeks)

Rent for the living location: €126 per week 

We provide our employees bicycles and keys to the apartment - deposit we charge for all is €150. After returning the keys and bicycle, this amount will be returned.

It is mandatory for you to have Dutch health insurance, and we can arrange this for you at a competitive price of €41,19 per week. You may be eligible for a partial refund of these costs by applying for the "Zorgtoeslag" with the Dutch government, depending on your salary level and personal circumstances. Additionally, we provide collective services that include calamity coverage, legal liability insurance, and accident insurance, which are not included in the price above and the cost of it is  €3,15 per week - obligated if you want to join our group abonament insurance.

• You have experience as a Shift Leader, Team Leader, or in a similar role within a production environment;
• Experience working with injection molding machines is an advantage;
• You have strong communication skills, are proactive, stress-resistant, and have the ability to motivate a team;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language is required.

Our client is a specialized manufacturing company focused on the injection molding of plastic finished products and semi-finished components. The company produces, among other things, plastic storage solutions. From its location in Waalwijk, a motivated team works on smart, sustainable, and efficient production methods.

The machine park consists of 14 injection molding machines suitable for producing a wide range of plastic products.

As a Technical Shift Leader, you are responsible for the production process and for managing the team during your shift. You lead a team consisting of an operator/deputy shift leader and assembly employees, with a total team size of up to six people.

In this role, you have a high degree of autonomy and make many decisions independently. You ensure that your team works smoothly and effectively while meeting quality and quantity standards. At the end of your shift, you are responsible for a proper handover to the next team. You report directly to the Production Manager.

Technical understanding is essential in this position. In the event of production malfunctions, you resolve issues as independently as possible, with support from the Technical Department in the case of more complex problems.
