Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM for full days.

Saturday: Work until 12:30 PM.

The specific work schedules will be agreed upon with the client, and the same process applies for confirming holiday arrangements.

Transportation

Car or Bike: The mode of transportation (car or bike) will depend on the specific living location assigned to you. If the distance is manageable by bike, you will have the option to use a bike for your commute. However, if the distance is too far to travel by bike, you will be provided with a car.

Home Country Travel: The costs associated with traveling to and from your home country are the responsibility of the employee. However, if you are flying into Eindhoven airport, we can arrange transportation to and from the airport for your convenience.

Please note that the specific transportation arrangements will be discussed and confirmed based on individual circumstances and the assigned living location.

Employment with stable work and a Dutch contract at the company BAM Works B.V.

Your salary will be structured as follows:

• A starting basic gross salary of €12,12 per hour.
• Weekly period payments in euros.
• Deduction for health insurance: €33.45 per week.
• Rent for the living location: €96.50 per week (with a special discount for workers residing in our location for more than 26 weeks per year).

It is mandatory for you to have Dutch health insurance, and we can arrange this for you at a competitive price of €33.45 per week. You may be eligible for a partial refund of these costs by applying for the "Zorgtoeslag" with the Dutch government, depending on your salary level and personal circumstances. Additionally, we provide collective services that include calamity coverage, legal liability insurance, and accident insurance, which are all included in the price above at a rate of €2.80 per week (included in the price above).

We have certain expectations from potential candidates, which include:

• Experience in working with redberries is preferable.
• You can work independently as well as as part of a team, you are flexible and motivated.
• Speaking at a communicative level of English will give you an advantage.
• Driving license B is preferable.

For one of our clients in Reusel we are looking for candidates able to work at the harvesting of blue and/or red berries.

This is a seasonal work; it will start beginning of July and will be finished half of September.

BAM WORKS is an employment agency that specializes in providing personnel for the agricultural sector. Our flexibility and adaptation to the current labor market allow us to operate in such branches of agriculture as: work in greenhouses and gardens, work in the field, and animal care. Over the years we have expanded our activities. Now, we can also provide employees in the technical sector.

The living locations we provide are common residential buildings with space for up to 18 people (1 to max 3 people in one room). All our locations meet the SNF standards. The apartments are equipped with several amenities:

• Wi-Fi internet
• Comprehensive social facilities: toilets, showers, washing machine + dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
• We also provide our employees with bicycles (50 euro deposit)
• A deposit of €50 is charged for providing the keys to the apartment. After returning the keys, this amount will be refunded.
• There is a supermarket in the area (about 10 minutes by bike)
• The rental cost is €96,50 per week. If you want to hold on to your room during your weeks spent on holiday, we charge the same amount. If the room is ready to rent during your absence, we will not charge you for the premises during your absence. This means the rooms need to be left cleaned and all your personal belongings are taken with you upon leaving.

Each employee using our residential locations will receive a bicycle. This will enable you to get to work. It can also be used during your free time. You can use the bike, for instance, to go to the store to do some shopping. If you need to travel more than 10 km to work, we will provide other means of transport.
