Krzysztof Ronkowski

Krzysztof Ronkowski has been working for BAM Works for some time. Originally from Poland, he decided to try his luck in the Netherlands. At BAM Works, he found a job at a tree nursery in Udenhout. Here, trees are grown until they are eventually displayed in a park. Together with his team, Krzysztof was responsible for the care of these trees, and when it came time to harvest, they made sure that they were carefully removed from the ground and loaded onto the truck. Unfortunately, the work at the nursery stopped and it seemed that Krzysztof was out of work. In situations like this, we always go and see what is possible. We always try to find a suitable solution for our employees, said BAM Works. And fortunately, a solution was quickly found. Krzysztof was able to start work for a landscaper operating in the Veldhoven area.
He likes the work. It is slightly different from the work at a tree nursery, but you are still working outside. In Veldhoven, Krzysztof and his colleagues maintain the parks in Eindhoven. There's a lot of weeds that need to be removed and a lot of trimming to keep everything tidy. We are very happy that we were able to quickly find Krzysztof a new challenge and hope that he will continue working for us for a long time.
