Employment with stable work and Dutch contract at the company BAM Works B.V. Your salary will be built up from the following amounts:
Starting with a basic gross salary of € 14.98 per hour
Period payments in euros (4 weeks) with weekly advances.
8% vacation money
Employees working the afternoon shift receive a hot meal at 17:00.
Deduction for health insurance: €41,19 per week (€164,75 per 4 weeks)
Rent for the living location €126 per week (€504 for 4 weeks)
You are obligated to have Dutch health insurance, we can arrange this for you for a competitive price of € 41,19 per week. A refund for a part of these costs can be requested at Dutch government by applying for so called ‘Zorgtoeslag’, the refund depends on your salary level and private circumstances. Further, we are using collective services that contains calamity coverage, legal liability insurance and accident insurance for €3,15 per week.

Living location:
The living locations we provide are common residential buildings with space for up to 18 people (1 to 2 people in one room). All our locations meet the SNF standards. The apartments are equipped with several amenities:
Wi-Fi internet
Comprehensive social facilities: toilets, showers, washing machine + dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.
We provide our employees bicycles and keys to the apartment - deposit we charge for all is €150. After returning the keys and bicycle, this amount will be returned.
There is a supermarket in the area (about 10 minutes by bike)
The rental cost is €126 per week. If you want to hold on to your room during your weeks spent on holiday, we charge the same amount. If the room is ready to rent during your absence, we will not charge you for the premises during your absence. This means the rooms need to be left cleaned and all your personal belongings are taken with you upon leaving.
Each employee using our residential locations will receive a bicycle. This will enable you to get to work. It can also be used during your free time. You can use the bike, for instance, to go to the store to do some shopping. If you need to travel more than 10 km to work, we will provide other means of transport.
