Transportation 

 
Car or Bike: The mode of transportation (car or bike) will depend on the specific living location assigned to you. If the distance is manageable by bike, you will have the option to use a bike for your commute. However, if the distance is too far to travel by bike, you will be provided with a car. 

Home Country Travel: The costs associated with traveling to and from your home country are the responsibility of the employee.

Please note that the specific transportation arrangements will be discussed and confirmed based on individual circumstances and the assigned living location.

Your salary will be structured as follows: 
 

• A starting basic gross salary of €14,50 per hour. 
• Weekly period payments in euros. 
• Deduction for health insurance: €38,56 per week. 
• Rent for the living location: €106 per week (with a special discount for workers residing in our location for more than 26 weeks per year). 

• English is required (B1 or higher)
• Some experience on the forklift is required
• VCA certification required
• Forklift certificate is an advantage.
• Driver’s License not mandatory but preferred
• Certificate of Good Conduct

This is a full-time, year-round position that involves various logistics tasks essential for the smooth operation of our facility. Both indoor and outdoor tasks, requiring adaptability to weather and seasonal conditions.

Living location: 

The living locations we provide are common residential buildings with space for up to 18 people (1 to max 3 people in one room). All our locations meet the SNF standards. The apartments are equipped with several amenities: 

• Wi-Fi internet 
• Comprehensive social facilities: toilets, showers, washing machine + dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. 
• We also provide our employees with bicycles (50 euro deposit) 
• A deposit of €50 is charged for providing the keys to the apartment. After returning the keys, this amount will be refunded. 
• There is a supermarket in the area (about 10 minutes by bike) 
• The rental cost is €106 per week. If you want to hold on to your room during your weeks spent on holiday, we charge the same amount. If the room is ready to rent during your absence, we will not charge you for the premises during your absence. This means the rooms need to be left cleaned and all your personal belongings are taken with you upon leaving. 

Each employee using our residential locations will receive a bicycle. This will enable you to get to work. It can also be used during your free time. You can use the bike, for instance, to go to the store to do some shopping. If you need to travel more than 7,5 km to work, we will provide other means of transport.

BAM WORKS is an employment agency that specializes in providing personnel for the agricultural sector. Our flexibility and adaptation to the current labor market allow us to operate in such branches of agriculture as: work in greenhouses and gardens, work in the field, and animal care. Over the years we have expanded our activities. Now, we can also provide employees in the technical sector.

He will start from Tuesday 16-07 the job and will start in the day shift from 7.30h to teach him the job.

The day shift is paid 13,68 per hour, but after a while (1, 2 or 3 weeks) he will start working in shifts (from 6.00h until 14.00h or from 14.00h until 22.00h).

Then he will get 12% extra for working in shifts and the hour rate will be 15,32.

• Operating a forklift to move pallets and goods efficiently;
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials and equipment;
• Ensuring the facility is clean and well-maintained;
• Performing additional logistics-related tasks as assigned.
