Our mission

It all started with recruiting drivers for our transport company BAM Vermeer. Over time this evolved into recruiting workers for other companies and made us slowly turn from a transport company into a job agency. As a job agency, we want to help companies fulfill their needs in flexible workers and simultaneously help people from abroad chase their dreams for a better (financial) future. We are a family company with a small organization where clients and workers aren’t a number but are known by our office employees. We want to make a connection between the demands of clients and the abilities and needs of workers. Every day we work to make the best combination between workers and clients.

We don’t focus on growth but want to deliver quality and continuity for workers and clients. After all these years, we have a strong base of loyal clients and workers who have worked with us for many years. Our ultimate goal is to bring together the supply and demand of workers and clients and create long-term cooperation between a worker and client. As a result, workers and clients can work toward a bright and prosperous future.

We will manage this by keeping in close contact with the workers and our clients, listening to their needs and thoughts, and trying to fulfill these!
