• This work is for 4 or 5 days per week,
• Working time from 07:00h until 16.30h, but can be various,
• Transport to company will by bike. From the company the worker will drive with other workers with a vehicle to work location.

Employment with stable work and a Dutch contract at the company BAM Works B.V. 

 
Your salary will be structured as follows: 
 

• A starting basic gross salary of €17,01 per hour. 
• Period payments in euros (4 weeks) with weekly advances.
• Deduction for health insurance: €41,19 per week. 
• Rent for the living location: €112 per week (with a special discount for workers residing in our location for more than 26 weeks per year). 

It is mandatory for you to have Dutch health insurance, and we can arrange this for you at a competitive price of €41,19 per week. You may be eligible for a partial refund of these costs by applying for the "Zorgtoeslag" with the Dutch government, depending on your salary level and personal circumstances. Additionally, we provide collective services that include calamity coverage, legal liability insurance, and accident insurance, which are all included in the price above at a rate of €3,15 per week (included in the price above). 

• English, German and/or Dutch is required
• Motivated, willing to develop and learn,
• To be able to work in a team, but also independently,
• Driving license preferred, but not required
• To have an technical background preferably in the same function,
• Certificate of Good Conduct,
• Experienced at at building company is preferred

For one of our clients we are looking for candidates able to work at building company that is doing all kind of building-projects around several locations in NL. They are specialized in building projects for the Agricultural branch. Example projects are building or renovation of stables, barns, etc. Work is mostly in and around buildings, so there will be worked inside as outside.

Living location

The living locations which we offer are ordinary residential buildings with space for up to 18 people (1 to 3 people in one room), meeting SNF standards.

The apartments are equipped with a number of amenities:

• Wifi internet,
• Comprehensive social facilities: toilets, showers, washing machine + dryer, equipped kitchen,
• We also provide our employees with bicycles,
• The rental cost is €112 per week, also for weeks spent on holiday if you want to keep your bed. If the room is cleaned and all personal belongings are taken, we will not charge you for the premises during your absence.

Each employee using our residential locations receives a bicycle at their disposal to enable them to get to work. It can also be used in free time, for example to get to the store for shopping. If you need to travel more than 10 km to work, we provide another means of transport.
