Rent for the living location: €126 per week
We provide our employees bicycles and keys to the apartment - deposit we charge for all is €150. After returning the keys and bicycle, this amount will be returned.
It is mandatory for you to have Dutch health insurance, and we can arrange this for you at a competitive price of €41,19 per week. You may be eligible for a partial refund of these costs by applying for the "Zorgtoeslag" with the Dutch government, depending on your salary level and personal circumstances. Additionally, we provide collective services that include calamity coverage, legal liability insurance, and accident insurance, which are not included in the price above and the cost of it is €3,15 per week - obligated if you want to join our group abonament insurance.

The living locations which we offer are ordinary residential buildings with double rooms, meeting SNF standards. The apartments are equipped with a number of amenities:
There is a supermarket in the area (about 10 minutes by bike)
The rental cost is €126 per week, also for weeks spent on holiday if you want to keep your bed. If the room is cleaned and all personal belongings are taken, we will not charge you for the premises during your absence.
Each employee using our residential locations receives a bicycle at their disposal to enable them to get to work. It can also be used in free time, for example to get to the store for shopping. If you need to travel more than 10 km to work, we provide another means of transport.
