Work schedule is from Monday till Friday from 7:30 until 18:00 and either on Saturdays from 07:30 until 16:30.

Work schedules will be agreed with the client, the same as confirmation for holidays.

Employment with stable work and Dutch contract at the company BAM Works B.V.

Your salary will be built up from the following amounts:

• Starting with a basic gross salary of €14,71 per hour.
• Upgrades possible depending of motivation to learn more in the company to become independent.
• Period payments in euros (over 4 weeks) with possible weekly advances after 1st worked week.
• Deduction for health insurance: €41,19 per week (€164,75 per 4 weeks)
• Rent for the living location: €126 per week

You are obligated to have Dutch health insurance, we can arrange this for you for a competitive price of € 41,19 per week. A refund for a part of these costs can be requested at Dutch government by applying for so called ‘Zorgtoeslag’, the refund depends on your salary level and private circumstances. Further, we are using collective services that contains calamity coverage, legal liability insurance and accident insurance for €3,15 per week (not included in the price above).

• Motivated and willing to develop and learn
• Possiblity to work in a team, but also independently.
• English and German is preferred, but not required
• Experienced in agricultural work with plants is preferred, but good motivation is more important for us!
• Certificate of Good Conduct

All-round worker with the hedra plants. Daily duties are taking care of the plants, so that they can grow in good way. Part of the job are: potting, binding, maxing, cutting, weeding. The othet tasks of the job are preparing orders and making it ready for shipment.

Living location

The living locations which we offer are ordinary residential buildings with double rooms, meeting SNF standards. The apartments are equipped with below amenities:

• Wifi internet,
• Comprehensive social facilities: toilets, showers, washing machine + dryer, equipped kitchen
• We provide our employees bicycles and keys to the apartment - deposit we charge for all is €150. After returning the keys and bicycle, this amount will be returned.
• There is a supermarket in the area (about 10 minutes by bike)

Each employee using our residential locations receives a bicycle at their disposal to enable them to get to work. It can also be used in free time, for example to get to the store for shopping.
