Most used work schedules are 6 weeks at work and 2 week at home.

Shorter or longer periods are possible but yearly there should be not less then 31 weeks at work.

Travel to work: you will be picked up from your home location or at a meeting point in your area and you will be brought to the base where Your truck is standing.

Travel to home: you will be picked up from base and be brought back home by the bus.

Employment at the Polish company BAM Works sp. z o.o.

Your salary will be build up from the following amounts:

• Basic amount per day: 100,- euro when yo uare driving efficiency

• Bonus for loyalty of  1,- euro per day  for each full working year will be added (until a max 10 years)

• Bonus for productivity  4,- euro up to 14,- euro per day netto, once per half a year (when during this 6 months driver is at work more than 60% of working weeks)

• Option to join group insurance

• Comfortable and well organized planning/dispatch

• The waiting time for unloading is sometimes several days, so there are not so many kilometers

• Monthly  payment in euro’s, till 10th day of the month.

For 21 days the salary for new drivers is 2.100,- euro + productivity bonus once per 6 months additionaly
For 31 days the saalry for new drivers is 3.100,- euro + productivity bonus once per 6 months additionaly

Average productivity bonus for current team is 1581,- euro per 6 months.

To driver with ADR class 1 You have to get a lot of permissions from few countries and in Germany it is very strict. As I understand it is very difficult to get it for non-UE citizens, even for UA who got PL passport.
